Alongside client work, we build our own products. Same standard, same attention to detail, just with us as the client this time.

Case 01

Vaeleen Copilot

Trading Journal & AI Coach / Own Product
Product Design Application Development AI Integration
React Supabase Stripe

Most trading journals are spreadsheets with extra steps. They log trades but don't tell a trader anything about their own behaviour. Vaeleen Copilot was built to close that gap, between the trades someone makes and the discipline that actually makes those trades profitable.

It logs every trade automatically, then goes further. A performance score tracks how a trader is doing over time, not just win rate. A discipline streak tracks whether they are following their own rules, because most losses come from breaking a plan, not from a bad setup.

"The trades are the easy part to see. The discipline behind them is what actually decides the outcome. That's what we built the product around."

An AI coach sits inside the app and reviews patterns in real trades, not generic advice pulled from nowhere. It also tracks a full portfolio and watchlist, so the journal, the coaching and the market view live in one place instead of five tabs.

Subscriptions run through Stripe, and 1.5% of that revenue goes straight to carbon removal through Stripe Climate.

It's the first product we've built end to end rather than for a client, and the same rules applied: no templates, sweat the details, ship something that actually works.

Case 02

Vaeleen Dashboard

Trading Workspace & Portfolio Intelligence / Own Product
Product Design Data Visualisation AI Integration
React Live Market Data Supabase

Vaeleen Copilot solved the journal. Vaeleen Dashboard is the workspace around it, a single screen pulling together live market data, portfolio tracking, watchlists and charts, so a trader isn't running between five tabs to answer one question.

The layout is built the way a Bloomberg terminal is built: dense, information-first, nothing decorative taking up space that data could use. Market indices, a focused live chart, company statistics and a research feed all sit in view at once, without feeling cluttered.

"A dashboard has to earn every pixel. If it's not telling you something, it shouldn't be there."

An AI research layer sits in the centre panel, built to answer real questions about the market and, eventually, about the user's own trading. That's the direction this is heading: once Dashboard is linked to Copilot, a trader's own logged trades will feed directly into it, so the workspace isn't just showing the market, it's showing the market against their own performance in it.

Still in development. This is the next stage of Vaeleen's own product, not a client build.
